DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer the following delivery options at checkout;

$10 Flat Rate Express Post
Free Collection from Prahran office

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders placed on this website can only be delivered within Australia.

TRACKING

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed.

You can track the progress of your order through to shipment under ‘My Orders’ in the My Account section or by entering your tracking number here.

If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please call us on 1300 255 992 Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm AEST and our Customer Care team will assist you with your enquiry.

DISPATCH TIMES

We aim for same day dispatch for all orders placed before 11am. However some orders may take 1-2 business days to be processed especially during high volume periods.

Any delivery periods displayed on the Site are estimates only, based on the information provided by the delivery company. A Business Day means Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays in Victoria (Business Day).

MISSING ITEMS OR DAMAGE TO ORDER

We take great care when packing and shipping your products to ensure all the products you have ordered from our Site arrive safely. If you receive your package with missing items, or items that have been damaged while in transit, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing hello@prinskincare.com

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

We will deliver the products to the delivery address you provide when making your order.

We deliver the products using a range of delivery methods. You may need to sign for some deliveries. If neither you nor your authorised representative is at the delivery address to accept delivery, you agree that we may leave the products at your premises.

Risk in the products will pass to you as soon as they are delivered to the delivery address you provided in your order.

MINIMUM ORDER SPEND

Orders must be over $25 including GST.

PACKAGING

We send our orders with reused, recycled or recyclable material.
