Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your PRIN purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at hello@prinskincare.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.
You will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of you returning the products to us. We recommend that you post to us using a reputable, tracked postage service, as we will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Please note that if you’re returning an item that was part of a kit the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Faulty
Sometimes we don’t get it quite right. Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the failure, either dispatch a new replacement product or refund you the Price of the relevant product. Products purchased from our Stockists
We sell our PRIN Skincare products in a range of independently-owned stores and beauty and skincare clinics across Australia and New Zealand. When you purchase PRIN Skincare products from one of our Stockists, the Stockist will be responsible for managing any issues with your order, or returns. Please contact the Stockist that you purchased the product from for any assistance.
